Classically Trained

Experienced with numerous diets and cuisines

Born and raised in west Michigan, where I graduated Delta Pi Alpha from Secchia Institute of Culinary Education, with a secondary focus on Personal/Private Cheffing. After graduation I moved to Maui, Hawaii to immerse myself into another culture and cuisine, where I inevitably learned the importance of community, seasonality, and sustainability. My experience there taught me about managing a restaurant and helped me discover my own flair with island cuisine. Relocated to the Bay Area in 2020 to hone my craft and get Michelin Star experience. Got hired at The Village Pub and helped maintain their Michelin star for the 12th year in a row. Which eventually led me to pursue personal and private dining, to create a more unique experience.
